Interim Financial Accountant

Required Skills:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
• 1–2 years’ post-qualified experience
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting and accounting
• Proven ability to improve and automate finance processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and large dataset analysis
• Practical experience with Power Query, Alteryx or similar automation tools
• Solid understanding of balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive approach with keen attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a global or large-scale organization
• Exposure to finance transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of additional data tools or scripting languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred
• Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
