Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages in compliance with HGB and IFRS standards. Prepare monthly reconciliation statements and present monthly (sub-group) results in collaboration with the Controlling department. Communicate and coordinate proactively with internal stakeholders within the group and external partners, such as auditors and service providers. Develop and enhance processes and standards within the Group Accounting department to ensure efficiency and quality. Support departmental management with strategic projects and special topics, taking responsibility for (sub-)projects as needed. Provide technical guidance to colleagues, including knowledge transfer and mentoring. Required Skills and Experience: A commercial apprenticeship with further training as a chartered accountant, or a university degree in a related field. Strong knowledge of group accounting with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience handling group-level financial matters in an international environment. Proven experience in managing (sub-)projects and implementing international standard processes and manuals. Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with SAP and LucaNet. In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards. A proactive and highly independent approach to work, combined with excellent communication skills. Fluency in German and English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is advantageous.
