Required Skills:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven post-qualification experience as a Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, or Head of Finance
  • Strong technical accounting, statutory reporting, and financial controls expertise
  • Experience working within private equity-backed, fast-paced, or leveraged environments
  • Demonstrable success in improving finance systems, automating processes, and reducing manual spreadsheets
  • Track record of establishing robust financial controls, governance, and managing external audits
  • Treasury, cash management, and banking controls expertise
  • Leadership skills to develop and manage high-performing finance teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
