Senior Tax Manager – International & Partnership Tax

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Tax Manager to join the tax leadership team of a global professional services organisation. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership on complex international tax matters while providing a clear pathway toward Head of Tax / Tax leadership responsibilities in the future.
This position sits within a highly regarded international tax function and will play a key role in advising on cross-border structures, partnership tax matters, and strategic projects across a global network.
Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, you will support the leadership of the tax function while taking ownership of a wide range of international and partnership tax matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Legal, advising on the tax implications of international operations and partner-related matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head of Tax on strategic partnership and international tax projects
Providing tax advisory and compliance support for partners, LLP members, and internationally mobile professionals
Advising on cross-border structures and international tax considerations
Managing relationships with external tax advisers across multiple jurisdictions
Collaborating with Finance, HR and Legal teams to manage tax risk, governance, and compliance
Developing and implementing tax policies and frameworks for partners, consultants, and international employees
Monitoring international tax legislation and regulatory changes and advising on business impact
Contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing across the organisation
This role would suit an experienced tax professional who enjoys working on technically complex international matters while engaging with senior stakeholders.
You will likely have:
ACA and/or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
Strong experience in international tax and partnership tax
Expertise in cross-border structures (transfer pricing knowledge advantageous)
A solid understanding of LLP or partnership structures
Experience gained within professional services, legal, or advisory environments
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across a global organisation
