Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely accounting reports, supporting the Finance Manager across a range of responsibilities.
  • Take ownership of management reporting and balance sheet controls, ensuring accuracy and reliability in month-end and year-end activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the control environment and decision-making insights.
  • Prepare quarterly management accounts for the UK group and Singapore entity, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Compile annual trial balances and financial statements for external audits and statutory reporting.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including distributions and payroll costs, for the UK group and Singapore entity.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and associated journal entries.
  • Assist with audits by providing data and documentation to external statutory auditors.
  • Produce regular financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience
