About the Role:

This company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join its Working Capital team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable role is integral to the smooth operation of the finance department. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, interact with colleagues across the organisation, and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the finance inbox and resolving both internal and external finance-related queries.
• Processing supplier invoices and reconciling them with associated purchase orders.
• Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Sending supplier payment remittances and processing staff expenses.
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving ledger balances.
• Reviewing and maintaining the Accounts Payable ledger.
• Handling general administration tasks, including filing invoices and correspondence.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and suppliers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach to work.
• A team player who is dependable, reliable, and collaborative.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Motivation to suggest process improvements and complete tasks with a high level of efficiency.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Netsuite.
• Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency processes.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel.
